Role Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Team Leadto manage and grow a high-performing team delivering secure scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management ensuring alignment with Northern Trusts strategic objectives and cultural behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 developers administrators and specialists in India.
• Manage delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions including customization integration deployment and support.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance security and governance across Dynamics 365 environments.
• Drive automation and continuous improvements through Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate).
• Oversee Agile delivery release management and environment lifecycle.

Knowledge / Skills

• Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM Customer Service Sales) and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experiencein solution architecture system integration and environment governance.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies DevOps and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

• Minimum 12years of IT experience with at least 8years leading Dynamics 365 delivery teams.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
• Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• Microsoft MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
