Inteldot is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Manager in delivering a large-scale Warehouse Management Transformation Program. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in keeping activities stakeholders and deliverables aligned with program goals.
Work side by side with the Project Manager to coordinate daily project activities and follow-up actions.
Support the scheduling tracking and reporting of project tasks milestones and deliverables.
Organize and facilitate meetings workshops and documentation reviews.
Maintain and update project dashboards trackers and logs (issues risks decisions).
Assist with cross-functional coordination between internal teams vendors and partners.
Ensure program documentation is properly recorded and accessible.
Provide administrative and logistical support to keep the program on track.
24 years of experience as a Project Coordinator PMO Analyst or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with JIRA (preferred) and other project management tools.
Experience supporting large-scale IT or business transformation programs (supply chain or warehouse-related projects a plus).
Ability to work in a hybrid model with majority of time spent on-site in Jacksonville FL.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or related field preferred.
