JOB TITLE: Project Engineer

Summary:

Guide 1 2 Agile teams through development of operational baseline updates
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed prioritized backlog
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders
Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and remove impediments to team progress
Ensure transparency through Agile radiators such as burndown charts and dashboards
Ensure compliance with government regulations reporting requirements and security protocols
Leverage experience in IT full-stack software systems engineering or related engineering environments

Requirements:

Active Secret clearance required
Telework less than 50%; based in Orlando FL
Meeting facilitation (1 2 years)
Strong oral and written communication skills (4 6 years)
Proven problem-solving capability (4 6 years)
Agile software development experience (4 6 years)
JIRA experience (2 4 years)
Engineering design principles (4 6 years)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Systems engineering experience (1 2 years)
Hardware integration experience (1 2 years)
Metrics development experience (2 4 years)
Software engineering experience (1 2 years)
