Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships within the local community
- Manage merchandising inventory and vendor partnerships
- Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customer decisions
Qualifications
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
