We have an immediate full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler in our Service Department.
The CSR / Scheduleris a vital part of our organization as it is a direct point of contact for all of our customers automotive scheduling needs. The right candidate must possess a positive attitude excellent oral and written communication skills organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
Automotive experience is very helpful but not necessary. We will train the right individual. Duties to include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming Service department calls and scheduling appointments
- Placing outbound Recall Special Order and Declined Service calls
- Follow-up phone calls for Customer Satisfaction and Newly Purchased vehicles
- Preparing paperwork for scheduled Service appointments
- Assisting customers with rental vehicles
