As an HR-AI Strategy Executive youll dedicate 2.5 hours weekly over 8 weeks to:
- Develop your organizations AI strategy framework
- Participate in executive peer roundtables
- Create AI-HR governance and implementation roadmaps
- Contribute as a co-author to State of AI in HR 2026 research publication
Requirements
- Current role: CHRO VP of HR or Senior Director
- Company size: 500-5000 employees
- Budget authority for AI initiatives
- Minimum compensation: $200K (ensures peer alignment)
- Available for bi-weekly 2-hour sessions starting January 26
