Job Description

Must have

6 years of Tech BA & SM experience with stronger emphasis on Technical BA skills
Technical degree or equivalent professional experience
Should have backend services experience like REST API.
Strong background in analytics systems development and dashboard creation
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace QM Kibana logs in an AWS environment
Proficiency in JIRA and Agile tools
Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Local to Chicago preferred (close collaboration with product owners and PI planning)
