Job Summary

Austin Metro Residents Only Closs 12/09
Loc: Hybrid - 3d remote / 2d onsite (MW) - must reside within 50 miles of Austin

Candidates with experience working on data initiatives and/or have project management experience (with a PMP) are preferred. Ideal candidates will also bring at least 8 years of experience supporting the implementation of case management systems.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Review and evaluate business systems and user needs and design solutions that align with strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply industry-standard methodologies to reengineer workflows using technology.
Document user requirements system functionalities and perform solution analysis including cost-benefit ROI and build vs. buy evaluations.

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:

8 years of experience as Business Analyst
Software development reviews and testing

Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:

Experience with an HHS agency
Experience implementing case management systems

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

8	Required	Experience performing or participating in unit testing support system testing and user acceptance testing.
8	Required	Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
8	Required	Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
8	Required	Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with both IT and business professionals and clients.
8	Preferred	Experience with the implementation of case management systems.
8	Preferred	Experience with Jira project management software.
