Job Description

Own and manage the governance and change-management processes for key organizational platforms.
Maintain platform consistency compliance and integrity across all users.
Oversee the central operational issue tracker related to compliance and data integrity ensuring all issues are properly logged prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct routine data and process audits to validate ADOM data accuracy and enforce policy adherence.
Manage and update critical internal communication materials on a regular basis to support weekly briefings and stakeholder sessions.
Proactively identify operational gaps inefficiencies bottlenecks and risks.
Recommend and support automation tooling improvements and process optimization opportunities.
Lead initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency accuracy and scalability.
