Job description

Technical Primary Skills:

Insurance Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of P&C insurance lifecycle including Commercial Specialty lines placement servicing billing and claims
Brokerage Knowledge: Experience working with broker accounts portals and distribution platforms such as BenefitMall and CRC Starwind3
Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with brokers clients and internal teams to elicit and document business needs
Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with customer portal goals
User Stories: Use Cases Create detailed user journeys and system interaction flows
Data Analysis: Define data sources transformations and reporting needs
Quality Assurance Support: Define test cases and support QA teams
Change Management: Support transition during portal updates and enhancements

Secondary Skills:

Familiarity with platforms like CPSDBS GL HCM Risk and Starwind Specialty3
Knowledge of web technologies and applications
Experience in program management or product ownership
Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with tools like Azure Dashboards is nice to have
