Job description
Technical Primary Skills:
- Insurance Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of P&C insurance lifecycle including Commercial Specialty lines placement servicing billing and claims
- Brokerage Knowledge: Experience working with broker accounts portals and distribution platforms such as BenefitMall and CRC Starwind3
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with brokers clients and internal teams to elicit and document business needs
- Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with customer portal goals
- User Stories: Use Cases Create detailed user journeys and system interaction flows
- Data Analysis: Define data sources transformations and reporting needs
- Quality Assurance Support: Define test cases and support QA teams
- Change Management: Support transition during portal updates and enhancements
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with platforms like CPSDBS GL HCM Risk and Starwind Specialty3
- Knowledge of web technologies and applications
- Experience in program management or product ownership
- Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Azure Dashboards is nice to have
