What youll do:
As a service receptionist you will greet customers as they arrive for service appointments check them in and ensure their concerns are accurately communicated to the service team. You will answer phone calls schedule appointments provide updates on vehicle status and help maintain smooth communication between customers and service staff to ensure a positive service experience.
Keys to Success:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer knowledge (scheduling software plus)
- Friendly professional and dependable
- Previous customer service experience preferred but we will train the right person
