We are looking for a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our office. You will play a key part in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth flow of daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors clients and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy welcoming and well-organized reception area.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and company events.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry document preparation and filing.
  • Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Fort Mill office SC. The working hours will be either 7am-4pm or 7.30am-4.30pm.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $39600.00 and $66100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.
