About the role:
Samsara is seeking a Sales Process Administrator to help manage and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities that support our global sales teams. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail the ability to follow structured workflows and a commitment to operational accuracy and efficiency.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role you will:
- Process moderate-complexity sales transactions including contract validation and PO review.
- Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales Finance and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup.
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
- Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 12 years of experience in Sales Operations Customer Support or similar roles.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
- Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like SalesForce.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
