Job Summary

As the Manager Sales Support Coordinator you will be instrumental in leading a team dedicated to providing comprehensive sales support ensuring operational efficiency and fostering strong client relationships to drive sales success.

About the role

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Sales Support Coordinators fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Oversee and optimize administrative organization within the sales support function streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Manage account relationships ensuring exceptional customer service and acting as a key point of contact for complex client inquiries.
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term planning strategies for the sales support team aligning with overall sales objectives. Lead the onboarding process for new team members ensuring a smooth transition and rapid integration into the sales support function.
  • Contribute to organizational development (OD) initiatives identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices within sales support.
  • Organize and coordinate various functions and projects within the sales support department ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Implement and manage performance management (PM) processes for the team including setting goals conducting reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Deliver professional presentations to internal stakeholders and at times to clients showcasing sales support achievements and strategies.
  • Provide direct sales support to the sales team assisting with various administrative and operational tasks to facilitate sales activities.
  • Engage in sales account management activities supporting the sales team in nurturing and expanding client accounts.


About you

  • University Education (Bachelors degree required).
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within sales support or a related field. Preferred.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in Coaching and Onboarding new team members.
  • Excellent skills in Administrative Organization and Organizing Functions.
  • Experience with Long Term Planning and Short Term Planning.
  • Familiarity with Organizational Development (OD) concepts and Performance Management (PM) methodologies.
  • Exceptional Professional Presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Sales principles and Sales Account Management.
  • A strong commitment to providing effective Sales Support.
