Deputy Nurse Manager
Hourly Rate: 22 p/hr

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (NMC pin required)
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role within a care home setting
- Strong clinical background with excellent assessment and decision-making skills
- Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Knowledge of dementia care and older adult nursing essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team
- Oversee day-to-day running of the home alongside the Home Manager
- Ensure high-quality person-centred care for older adults and residents living with dementia
- Lead mentor and develop staff to achieve excellence in practice
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards safeguarding and clinical governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the homes reputation for outstanding care
