Are you passionate about providing high-quality early years education and care We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Daisy Chains and Poppy Fields nurseries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in line with The Childrens Act Health and Safety legislation the Ofsted Inspection Toolkit and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
- Act as the responsible lead in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
- Support the Nursery Manager in implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe secure friendly and clean environment.
- Guide and mentor Early Years Educators to deliver stimulating and challenging experiences across allareas of learning.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure children and families are safe supported and thriving.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 Child Care qualification with the expectation to gain a level 4 Child Care qualification within 2 years of appointment to this role.
- Excellentcommunication/ interpersonal skills both written and verbal with the ability to produce reports for other agencies.
- Ability to inspire and support a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
