Test Equipment Engineering is looking to hire aTest Equipment Engineering Outsourcing Strategy Lead for programs based inTucson AZ.
The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team Hardware Discipline Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing advanced windows application solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on designers using the latest technology and tools and integrating state-of-the-art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TEE products are in engineering labs in the field and in production environments utilized for weapon system products. TEE supports job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle including demonstrations early engineering tests design verification tests production and post-production sustainment.
The TE Outsourcing Strategy Lead role is strategic in supporting key activities within a Munitions Acceleration programs lifecycle such as pursuit development execution and sustainment of third-party vendors supplied Test Equipment solutions. The primary responsibility of the role is to direct and manage the activities between RTX andSubcontractors/Suppliersobtaining optimum product/services in terms of costs quality and delivery in accordance with approvedbusiness/subcontractingplans while ensuring compliance with Company/Government policies and procedures.
