Sales Strategy & Operations Associate
This role will be based in New York City San Francisco or Sunnyvale depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

TheSales Strategy & Operations teamsitsat the core of LinkedInTalentSolutionspartnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (sales business operations finance marketing productetc.)to help crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Talent Solutions business.
In this role you will partner with Mid-Market and Canada sales leadership to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth sales productivity and customer value. This role will also be responsible for executing and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help sales management make data-driven decisions by providing reporting analysis and insights from LinkedIns customer and sales data in addition to helping run biweekly forecasting for your will also be involved in annual planning activities including segmentation headcount planning territorybuildingand quota setting.
We are looking for someone with strong quantitative problem solving communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of people and job functionsaccomplishingtasks of high complexity and scope and perform professionally in a challenging ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as anadvisor to salesleaders andcross-functionalpartnersby delivering data-drivenrecommendationstohelpoptimizethe Talent Solutionsbusiness and achieveitsstrategicpriorities.
- Work on annual planning activities such as headcount planning segmentation territory building financialplanningand quota setting.
- Help run biweeklyforecastingfor your regions
- Understand existing CRM and Systems and how new Go-To-Market motions willimpactexisting processes how to scale repeatable operational processes and how to drive improvements on existing process inefficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with Systems/CRM Deal Desk Data Assurance Compensation Go-To-Market and Regional Sales Operations teams to help suggest and implement processes
Qualifications :
BasicQualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business operations analytics or related field
- 2 years experienceina strategicoranalyticalrole includingmanagement consulting finance business operationssales operations orothersimilar roles
- 1 years experience with Excel SQL and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency indata analysis/modeling(Excel SQL)and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sounddecision-making
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;demonstratedability to structure complex problems navigate challenging data sets develop solutions and craft high-quality executivepresentations
- Strongcommunication skills written and verbal including experience communicating with seniorleaders
- Experience with D365 Anaplan and reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location.
