The Opportunity
Join the team as the Partnership Grant Project Officer and play a key role in supporting projects within the NHMRC 2024 Partnership Projects grant Optimising maternal and neonatal outcomes through data driven co-designed initiatives in maternal immunization programs. This position combines administrative and project coordination responsibilities while working closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of all project objectives.
In addition to coordinating project activities this position supports end-to-end project delivery by planning tasks monitoring progress and budgets preparing reports and briefings and providing executive support to committees and meetings. The role also involves conducting research analysing results and providing recommended solutions to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.
We are seeking candidates with a degree in a relevant field and strong project administration and coordination skills. The role demands excellent planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities while producing high-quality reports briefings and presentations.
