The Opportunity

The Access Inclusion and Success team have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Transition and Success Project Officer!

The Transition and Success Project Officer provides a range of high-level administrative and support services for programs events and initiatives designed to improve the student experience through the provision of rich and meaningful experiences. The role is responsible for working with student leaders faculties divisions and student groups to support the implementation of various programs across the student lifecycle.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for assisting with program delivery in collaboration with student leaders and faculty representatives project scoping and identifying deliverables; and monitoring evaluating and reporting on program and project progress delivery and outcomes. Additionally you will provide structured feedback to management which contributes to the development delivery and improvement of Access Inclusion and Success and informs decision making research and development of policy procedure and communication of outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
