Working Hours: Full-TimeMon to Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT
Salary: USD 1500 - 1700 (based on experience and the clients final offer)

About the Role:

Borked PC is looking for a Remote Office Support Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our leadership and technical this role youll help execute daily tasks by following structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) assist in keeping documentation current making and receiving phone calls and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented adaptable and eager to learn. Youll gain valuable experience working with industry tools and supporting cybersecurity-first operations all while being part of a collaborative and supportive remote team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Customer Experience Customer Experience Manager and Head Technician.
  • Execute routine and project-based tasks by following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify operational issues and either resolve or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update SOP documentation as processes evolve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates and communications.
  • Use internal software tools for task execution documentation and team coordination.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across task outputs in a dynamic work environment.

Quallifications:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years of office administration or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Canva.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a remote team setting.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing processes and tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Syncro Hudu MSP360 and Quotr (training will be provided)
  • Prior experience in an MSP IT or technical support environment.
