What You Will Contribute:

At Badger Meter we empower communities through smart water solutionsand we know that starts with empowering our people. As a Senior Compensation Analyst youll play a key role in designing and maintaining compensation programs that are competitive equitable and aligned with our business goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data strategy and making compensation meaningful.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Compensation Analysis: Evaluate internal pay equity market competitiveness and performance-based compensation strategies.
  • Support Pay Programs: Administer annual merit bonus and incentive programs with precision and insight.
  • Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation decisions.
  • Partner with HR & Leadership: Provide consultative support on job evaluations salary structures and compensation planning.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with legal requirements and internal policies including pay transparency and equity standards.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline compensation workflows and enhance data accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Finance or related field
  • 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • CCP certification or progress toward it is a plus
