We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Consultant with strong domain expertise in the pharmaceutical commercial space. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with CRM platforms and driving cross-functional initiatives that support data product and operational goals.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Consultant with strong domain expertise in the pharmaceutical commercial space. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with CRM platforms and driving cross-functional initiatives that support data product and operational goals.
Key Requirements:
- Pharma Commercial domain experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) across implementation migration and operational support.
- Veeva CRM/Vault experience is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in product management requirement gathering cross-functional collaboration and data lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in data analytics; SQL proficiency is a plus.
