About the Role
We are seeking a driven relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Treatment this role youll serve as the bridge between patients and their care plans guiding individuals through important health-related decisions with empathy and clarity. This is a highly consultative role that blends sales education and customer service.
What Youll Do
Meet with patients to present tailored treatment options in a clear engaging way.
Build trust by listening to patient needs and aligning solutions to their goals.
Use a consultative sales approach to help patients understand the value of recommended treatments.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Manage financial arrangements payment options and scheduling to support treatment acceptance.
Consistently achieve performance goals related to case acceptance and patient satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
2 years of professional sales experience (medical pharmaceutical healthcare services or similar consultative sales background preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Proven success in building relationships and closing sales in a client-centered environment.
High level of professionalism empathy and integrity.
Comfortable discussing financial options and guiding clients through decision-making processes.
