JOB SUMMARY:

This position will support the USALCO customer service team across the United States with orders fulfilled by 3rd party vendors and ensure timely and accurate order confirmations and ERP transactions. This includes monitoring and reporting performance metrics of the order activity supported.

  • Responsible for managing order confirmation and closure transactions for vendor direct shipments
  • Coordinate problem solving activities and field general inquiries
  • Track and report performance metrics
  • Maintain solid internal customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with USALCO vendors to ensure on-time order fulfillment
  • Able to function in a team environment providing back-up and assistance when needed without being asked
  • This role can be located anywhere within the United States but may require working across different US time zones

EDUCATION:

College degree preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2-year prior experience within a manufacturing environment

Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

Continuous Improvement activities such as LEAN; 5S; Six Sigma; etc.

ERP experience such as Ross FRQ or SAP

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Routinely sits 80 to 90% of shift

Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of operation
