Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role ideally within hospitality.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.

This role is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks coordinating HR communications supporting employee engagement initiatives and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
