Join us as a Regular/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for challenging and highly specialized tech roles at Tidio. Youll use your recruitment expertise to run end-to-end processes partner with hiring managers who value your input and help us grow a strong and skilled engineering team.

As a Regular/Senior TA you will be responsible for:

  • Leading independently end-to-end recruitment processes in the tech area

  • Being responsible for running a smooth kick-off understanding the business context of a role running interviews facilitating recruitment tasks and extending offers to candidates

  • Providing extraordinary Candidate Experience ensuring clear communication with candidates understanding their needs and providing them with high-quality feedback

  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers identifying recruitment needs and creating hiring strategies. Together you will work as partners to achieve mutual goals

  • Continuously bring fresh ideas knowledge and best practices to the team to foster innovation and help us improve our hiring tactics.

  • Own your recruitment metrics and their effectiveness indicated by SLAs quality of hires and Candidate Experience score.

Job requirements

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes (IT roles)

  • Are a full-stack Recruiter who knows that direct search is a crucial part of the job and embraces it

  • Have experience recruiting talents internationally (from specialist to managerial roles)

  • Are able to create and implement recruitment processes also for job positions that are completely new for the organization

  • Have a passion for recruitment and tech you know the latest trends and youre up to date with the start-up and tech industry in Europe

  • Are a supportive partner in the recruitment process to the Hiring Managers and candidates

  • Are flexible pragmatic and focused on achieving goals

  • Feel comfortable working in English - you have at least B2 level.
