Role Description
Role Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Development at Incedo you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will be expected to develop and maintain Apex code Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Additionally you will work closely with other Salesforce professionals to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and custom applications.
Technical Skills
Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in Salesforce application development using Apex Visualforce and Lightning.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration configuration and customization.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model security model and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-related technologies such as Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful completion of tasks and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity taking responsibility of the whole team.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
- or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
