Job Description

Mews is scaling at speed. As global hospitality brands rethink their operating platforms market leaders are turning to Mews to transform how they run their businesses. To accelerate this momentum were looking for a Senior Manager Enterprise Marketing to lead and grow our enterprise marketing function.

In this role you will manage a small fast-growing team and own the end-to-end land and expand marketing strategy for some of the worlds most recognizable hotel groups and soft brands. Youll architect and execute sophisticated ABM programs work closely with commercial colleagues on positioning and execute a program to entice the biggest names in hospitality to the Mews operating platform.

This role is for someone who understands hospitality deeply thrives in a fast-paced scale-up and knows how to deliver measurable outcomes in long complex enterprise sales cycles where engaging multiple stakeholders across global regions is key. Youll also be responsible for striking the right balance between Mews playful bold brand identity and the robust scalable technology story required to win over enterprise-grade hotel brands.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

Strategy & Team Management

  • Shape and execute the land and expand playbook for large global hospitality brands driving both net-new acquisition and revenue expansion across multi-brand multi-region accounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance while remaining close to executionbalancing vision with hands-on leadership.

ABM and Commercial Growth

  • Design and deliver multi-touch account-based campaigns that cut through complexity and engage senior decision-makers across global brands.
  • Drive commercially focused marketing initiatives that improve pipeline velocity increase average deal size and strengthen long-term customer value.

Hospitality & Technology Expertise

  • Apply a strong understanding of hospitality operations brand dynamics and technology trends to shape campaigns that resonate.
  • Position Mews as the clear operating platform of choice for enterprise by showcasing both our innovative guest-first brand personality and the enterprise-grade reliability of our technology.

Event Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Own the enterprise event marketing strategy from C-level executive dinners to large-scale industry trade shows and brand activations.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver high-impact enterprise events that deepen relationships showcase Mews thought leadership and generate long-cycle pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure global event presence is tightly integrated into ABM campaigns providing consistent account engagement across channels.

ABM Technology & Data

  • Utilize leading ABM platforms CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to scale personalized campaigns effectively.
  • Measure analyze and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum commercial ROI.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Customer Success Product Marketing and Partnerships to align enterprise priorities and maximize outcomes.
  • Partner with content design digital and events to deliver consistent high-impact programs at scale.

  • Hospitality Knowledge: Strong experience in hospitality or hospitality technology with deep understanding of how brands owners and operators make decisions.
  • Enterprise ABM Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and scaling ABM strategies for large complex global accounts.
  • Event Marketing Experience: Skilled at leveraging events as a cornerstone of enterprise engagement from boardroom to trade show floor.
  • Long-Cycle Marketing Mindset: Experience sustaining marketing engagement over extended enterprise sales cycles.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and growing a marketing team in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Commercial Orientation: A strong revenue-driven mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to tangible business outcomes.
  • Creative & Analytical Balance: Ability to merge storytelling and creative execution with data-driven rigor.
  • Brand-Technology Duality: Skilled at communicating a playful modern brand experience alongside a robust enterprise-ready technology platform.
  • Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience with ABM tools Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Location: Based in the US or Europe with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
  • 810 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in SaaS and hospitality tech.
