Tertiary center with 300 physicians & specialist support to keep patients in house- Trauma surgery Neurosurgery Cardiology GI ENT Pediatric Hospitalists OBGYN Pulmonary/Critical Care Neurology Infectious Disease Ortho Surgery Vascular Surgery Anesthesia Radiology etc.
Only transfers out < 1% of patients
