JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Texas license required
Board Certification: NP ANCC or AANP; PA NCCPA
DEA: Active DEA required
Certifications: ACLS ATLS PALS NRP
Experience: ED/ER experience preferred
Other Qualifications: Competent with T-System documentation; ability to work 12-hour shifts and function independently in a Level IV ED
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct Emergency Department patient care within scope of practice
Perform evaluations treatments and procedures appropriate to credentialing
Participate in formal triage system and support ED workflow
Coordinate patient care with specialty backup and hospital services
Accurately document all patient encounters in T-System
Collaborate with nursing staff and scribes to ensure efficient throughput
