About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading fertility and reproductive medicine center in Chicago Illinois. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists nurses and embryologists in a state-of-the-art clinical environment focused on patient-centered fertility care and advanced treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations exams and follow-up visits under physician supervision.
Assist with fertility evaluations cycle monitoring and treatment coordination.
Perform procedures such as ultrasounds blood draws and minor in-office interventions.
Educate patients on treatment plans medications and pre-/post-procedure care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current Illinois PA license (or eligibility for licensure).
2 years of experience in fertility OB/GYN or womens health preferred.
Strong communication empathy and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative clinical environment.
