Were looking for a Global Brand Experience Coordinator to join the Global Brand Experience team at Snap Inc! Working from Santa Monica youll play an important role in bringing Snapchats brand to life across North America. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as external partners and vendors to develop and execute events and experiences.
What youll do:
Support the GBX US Team with the management of experiential marketing activations events and partnerships across multiple markets
Coordinate project trackers complex timelines and budgets to support all initiatives
Think outside of the box to bring Snap to life spark interest and creativity and partner closely with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with the GBX team to share creative concepts develop ideas and support company-wide initiatives
Capture campaign results and support the measurement of performance preparing regular reports and documents for cross-functional teams
Provide logistical and administrative support to the GBX Team including scheduling meetings coordinating travel preparing presentations and managing vendor payments
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage with teams at all levels
Analytical and creative mindset
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong work ethic and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Must be flexible and willing to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
1 years relevant experience

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $66000-$98000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
