Porsche White Plains is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to be the point of contact for online inquiries and lead generation. Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries
- Schedule and follow up on sales appointments
- Provide initial product and financing information
- Use CRM daily to track leads and customer engagement
- Follow up on no-shows and longer-term leads
- Participate in staff meetings training and educational classes
Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and inquiries
- Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be a team player
