Job Summary

ThePre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicantsinterested in this job contacting truckowner-operators and generating detailed profiles from the leads that are recieved. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profilesdaily and perform 150 calls per day.

KeyResponsibilities:

    • Receiveand manage leads provided by the company.
    • Makeoutbound calls to truck owner-operators.
    • Gathernecessary information to create detailed profiles.
    • Ensurea minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
    • UseCRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Communicateeffectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.

    RequiredQualifications:

    :

    • Atleast 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
    • Familiaritywith CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
    • Previousexperience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.

    :

    • Excellentverbal communication skills.
    • Strongorganizational and time management abilities.
    • Abilityto multitask and meet daily targets.
    • Attentionto detail for accurate profile creation.

    :

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
    • Additionaltraining in sales or customer service is a plus.

    KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Completea minimum of 15 profiles per day.
    • Maintainan 85% accuracy rate in profile information.
    • Respondto leads within 24 hours of receipt.

    Compensation:

    • Basesalary with potential for performance-based incentives. ($225.00Weekly)

    OtherRequirements:

    • Reliableinternet and phone connection (for remote work).
    • Flexibilityto adapt to changing lead volumes and priorities.
