About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for experienced Residential Property Lawyers to join a well-established Yorkshire law firm with multiple offices across the region. The Role

• Autonomous caseload management: Managing your own varied portfolio of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion with full independence
• Diverse property transactions: Handling freehold leasehold and new build cases re-mortgages transfers of equity and more complex property transactions
• Client relationship management: Developing excellent relationships with clients whilst delivering exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process
• Business development opportunities: Networking with local estate agents and building referral relationships to grow the teams client base
• End-to-end case management: Taking satisfaction from managing the complete conveyancing process from start to finish
• Complex transaction handling: Working on challenging and interesting property matters that provide variety and professional development
• Quality service delivery: Maintaining high standards of client care whilst working efficiently and accurately
• Team collaboration: Working as part of a supportive residential conveyancing department with established systems and processes
• Professional development: Contributing to team knowledge and staying current with property law developments

• Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with solid conveyancing background
