You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Property Expert will be responsible for the complete management of our clients social housing properties. This role involves prospecting negotiating drafting leases and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in property management combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Identify research and evaluate available offices according to our clients needs.
Negotiate rental conditions with owners and tenants including rent and renovation works.
Draft leases and their annexes in Dutch or French ensuring legal compliance.
Collaborate with the legal department on lease-related issues.
Manage contract administration through tools like SharePoint and record leases in My Rent.
Establish and monitor rental guarantees for our client and other tenants.
Represent our client in external contacts including negotiations with owners and government agencies.
Oversee claims management in conjunction with insurers.
Build relationships with social partners and prepare monthly national committees.
Complete periodic tax returns for local governments.
Manage insured amounts of the buildings and carry out annual updates.
Ensure the distribution of documents via E-Box and manage SharePoint Property for document exchanges.
Masters degree in real estate management business administration or a related field.
Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French.
Significant experience in property management preferably in a corporate environment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong knowledge of real estate and tax regulations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Business acumen and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to resolve problems promptly and effectively with a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with property management tools and software is highly desirable.
