What You Will Do

Be the go-to expert for customer and business data within our ServiceNow platform youll play a critical role in driving data quality governance and training across the organization

Your impact will include:

Owning and maintaining clean accurate business data in ServiceNow
Developing and implementing governance processes to ensure long-term data quality
Collaborating with teams to standardize data processes and best practices
Designing and delivering user training for reporting and data use within ServiceNow
Validating data in UAT and production environments
Supporting the creation and review of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases
Onboarding & Supporting ServiceNow users as Subject Matter Expert

What You Will Learn

In this role youll gain deep insight into our Connected Aviation products and services while developing hands-on expertise with ServiceNow administration data management and digital transformation best practices.
Youll become a key voice in how data drives decisions across the business.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Prior experience with data analysis and/or data reporting

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior ServiceNow experience including system administrator
Prior experience working with a digital technology workflow system ie. Salesforce SAP etc.
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Self-starter with proven ability to identify and raise issues proactively

The salary range for this role is 90000 USD - 182000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
