We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Specialist to join our team remotely within Germany in our offices in Leipzig. This is a part-time role (1632 hours per week) ideal for someone passionate about building relationships managing leads and supporting our sales efforts to grow our customer base.
Tasks
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will focus on pre-qualifying leads organizing and preparing customer meetings & demo calls and supporting our sales process. You will play a key role in ensuring potential customers see the value of Vizzlo and helping us achieve our business goals.
Your responsibilities are:
- Lead Qualification: Identify and evaluate potential customers to ensure they align with our target audience.
- Organize and Prepare Demos: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and customize product demos tailored to customer needs.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare quotes proposals and contracts to support the sales process.
- Respond to Inquiries: Handle questionnaires RFPs and other pre-sales documents in collaboration with internal teams.
- Pipeline Management: Track and update the status of leads opportunities and sales activities in our CRM.
- Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions with the product and management teams to inform strategies and improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent written English skills (a must); Good German skills are a plus.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales business development or a related roleideally in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems office and presentation software (PowerPoint Google Slides) and spreadsheets.
- A proactive self-driven attitude and the ability to manage tasks independently.
