Job Summary

As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise and network you will build a pipeline of clients ranging from farmers and distributors to large agricultural enterprises. Your ultimate goal will be to secure long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients industry trends and market opportunities within the agricultural sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients through networking trade shows and strategic outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients understanding their needs and positioning the companys products effectively.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
  • Client Education: Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities market trends and client interactions providing regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of proven sales experience ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural sector including bio-stimulants and crop protection products.
  • Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and another European Language is a plus
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.

Additional Information :

Location: Amsterdam Netherlands or remote 
Compensation: 4000 month base salary excellent commission structure.
Visa Sponsorship: Not available.
