As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region. Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients industry trends and market opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients through networking trade shows and strategic outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients understanding their needs and positioning the companys products effectively.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
- Client Education: Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities market trends and client interactions providing regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector including bio-stimulants and crop protection products.
- Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and another European Language is a plus
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.

Location: Amsterdam Netherlands or remote
Compensation: 4000 month base salary excellent commission structure.
