Job Summary
(1.) Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
(2.)Managing recruitment processes including resume screening scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
(3.)Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
(4.) Managing employee benefits and compensation Packages
(5.)Addressing employee related issues and conflicts
(6.)Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
(7.) PF & ESIC return filling. Experience
(8.) Should be able to handle the vehicle accident claim and complete the court and police procedure thorughout Pan India in contract with company lawyer :
(1.) Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
(2.)5 years of experience in HR or a related field
