Job Description:
- Lead and scale the DevOps practice delivery center
- Define and implement delivery frameworks KPIs and governance models
- Ensure timely high-quality delivery of DevOps solutions to enterprise clients
- Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
- Design infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS
- Evaluate and implement DevOps best practices tools and automation strategies
- Manage and mentor a large team of DevOps engineers architects and consultants
- Develop career paths training plans and performance metrics
- Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DevOps solutions & problem statements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans
- Build long-term relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Overall 18 years experience in DevOps with 10 years in leadership or practice management roles
- Hands-on expertise with GitLab Jenkins Terraform and AWS
- Proven experience managing delivery centers and large cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
