CC&B Functional Tester

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Functional Tester with hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) to join our QA team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing processes utilities domain knowledge and experience working with Oracle CC&B systems including testing of workflows business processes and integrations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to Oracle CC&B.
Design develop and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
Perform end-to-end functional testing of CC&B modules including Customer Management
Billing Payments Credit & Collections and Metering.
Identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA HP ALM or similar.
Collaborate with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Participate in requirement walkthroughs and test plan reviews.
Perform regression testing system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Validate data flows batch jobs and third-party integrations.
Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.
Report and escalate risks or issues in a timely manner
