Thanks to your warm hospitality and excellent hosting skills our guests will enjoy a wonderful experience in our Lounge Bar and a terrific start to their day with our breakfast. As well as coordinating and supervising the bar and breakfast team in collaboration with the department manager you will be responsible for:
- Looking after guests in the Motel One Lounge and during breakfast service and providing smooth efficient and guest focused service
- Preparing the breakfast buffet/lounge bar for service; closing service
- Following cleaning schedules to ensure expected food hygiene and presentation standards are maintained
- Ordering food and beverages for the Service areas and assisting with stock taking at the end of the month
- Contributing to achieving the Motel One Food & Beverage sales budget
- Shared responsibility for producing duty rosters that meet the business needs
- Assisting with the recruitment induction and ongoing training/coaching of employees
Qualifications :
Whether you are a hospitality professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You should also:
- Have professional experience in the hospitality/catering industry or be an experienced team supervisor in a customer service setting looking for a change of career
- Enjoy developing employees and ideally have some supervisory experience
- Be open and communicative and have hosting skills as well as a passion for the hotel industry
- Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality even in stressful situations
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
