Our client a leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Digital Product Content Strategist to take ownership of the end-to-end content strategy and hands-on writing for product listing pages (PLPs) product detail pages (PDPs) category pages and navigation copy. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving discoverability clarity and conversion by creating persuasive and structured content in partnership with UX Service SEO Analytics and Engineering teams.
What you will do:
- Define and implement content strategy for PLP PDP and category experiences across multiple brands and markets.
- Establish and maintain voice tone and evidence-based messaging frameworks that increase CTR add-to-cart and revenue per visit.
- Design and optimise information architecture (taxonomy facets filters microcopy and naming conventions) to improve findability and reduce friction across digital journeys.
- Write and edit compelling copy at scale including product descriptions benefit-led bullets specifications comparison modules and guided selling content.
- Build reusable content templates models and governance processes (style guides editorial checklists QA standards) to ensure consistency across markets.
- Partner with optimisation and analytics teams to run A/B and multivariate tests (e.g. CTA language above-the-fold modules) iterating content for measurable performance improvements.
- Work within enterprise CMS and marketing stacks ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign to deliver and optimise content across channels.
- Collaborate daily with UX Product Design Merchandising SEO and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of content within agile sprints and release cycles.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years experience in content strategy and product content writing for enterprise-scale web mobile or commerce platforms.
- Strong expertise in information architecture and structured content design: taxonomy schema and component-based content models.
- Proven track record of persuasive conversion-focused writing for PLPs and PDPs with a portfolio showcasing results (before/after or A/B test outcomes).
- Solid understanding of SEO for commerce including query intent entity coverage and internal linking strategies.
- Experience working in Agile product teams managing backlogs and delivering against sprint commitments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present content rationale supported by data and insights.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites content models/components Adobe Target activities and Adobe Campaign orchestration; familiarity with DAM/Assets pipelines a plus.
- Experience working with large product catalogues multi-locale content operations and PIM/DAM workflows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language guidelines.
