What the job involves..

Conceptualising and crafting digital-first content (mostly social multimedia)
Designing across Figma and Adobe Suite with strong digital visual craft
Developing concepts and bringing them to life through dynamic execution
Working as a hybrid: hands-on designer conceptual thinker
Experimenting with AI image/video tools to boost creative output
Collaborating with content marketing and product teams
Iterating fast and problem-solving creatively

What you need to be considered..

2 years experience as a Digital Designer / Art Director
Strong digital craft with a great eye for layout typography and modern design
Proficiency in Figma Photoshop and the Adobe Suite
Experience using AI tools for images and/or video
Animation or illustration skills are a big bonus
HTML exposure is useful but not required
Ability to work independently take feedback well and push ideas further
Excellent attention to detail clean files sharp execution no typos

Bonus points if you..

Have fintech SaaS or B2B experience
Can create simple motion pieces or micro-animations
Enjoy experimenting with emerging formats and tools
