What Youll Be Doing:
- Making high volume quality outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers across the UK
- Promoting our medical staffing services and identifying immediate or upcoming staffing requirements
- Building strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
- Handling objections professionally and converting leads into active clients
- Meeting and exceeding daily call volumes and conversion targets
What Were Looking For:
- Clear neutral and professional spoken English must be well-spoken and easy to understand for UK clients
- Previous telesales or outbound calling experience ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
- A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and stays motivated through rejection
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a persistent goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for the majority of the day
