The Role: Telesales Executive

As a Telesales Executive your mission is to generate qualified sales opportunities for a highly specialized drone solutions provider serving the UKs Building & Civils sector. Youll focus on building a high-quality UK pipeline through outbound activity strategic appointment booking and sales support. This is a target-driven role suited to a resilient and confident communicator ready to thrive in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of telesales experience required (construction industrial or tech preferred)
  • Make 85-100 outbound calls daily to UK-based construction and building maintenance leads
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria and convert cold contacts into warm sales opportunities
  • Book appointments with key decision-makers aligned to large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with the UK sales team to align lead generation with market strategy
  • Manage CRM activity and quoting via DroneDesk and Simpro systems
  • Support quoting scheduling proposals and follow-ups as part of the sales cycle
  • Keep accurate records of calls appointments and opportunities
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including call volume meeting conversion and pipeline value

About You

  • 3 years of proven telesales experience (construction or industrial markets highly valued)
  • Strong cold calling and consultative sales ability
  • Confident professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with DroneDesk or Simpro is a plus
  • Highly organized proactive and target-driven
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment
  • Comfortable working UK hours (SA time zone shift)
