Summary:
Excell Refrigeration is seeking a results-driven and well-connected Business Development Representative to help expand our client base beyond our primary partner. This role is responsible for
identifying and acquiring new customers developing strategic partnerships and generating sales opportunities in the commercial refrigeration HVAC and mechanical insulation sectors. The ideal candidate will bring an established network a deep understanding of B2B sales and a passion for delivering solutions that meet the high standards of Excell Refrigeration.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities in targeted industries including cold storage facilities supermarkets C Stores restaurants wholesale clubs and industrial mechanical insulation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using personal network referrals market research and outreach campaigns.
- Cultivate strong lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and bid forms tailored to client specifications.
- Track sales activities prepare forecasts and report progress toward revenue goals to executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent Excell Refrigeration at industry events trade shows and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
- Uphold the companys reputation by acting with professionalism and integrity at all times.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Always be professional and courteous with customers internal management and peers.
- Continuously exceed customer expectations.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in construction HVAC/R or mechanical insulation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Established network of industry contacts is highly preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Consent to a background check and drug screening.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
