The Senior Manager will lead data-driven marketing initiatives for clients including credit debit Small Business and Commercial.
- Own and manage your work product with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing needs/work sets. Lead projects or major project workstreams with limited oversight
- Leverage industry and data market research best practices etc. to gather and synthesize deep audience insights and deliver relevant recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Design and oversee the successful execution of integrated B2C and B2B campaign activations across multiple channels including digital social OOH experiential/event and point-of-sale
- Coordinate communication with sales legal product creative experiential & media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget.
- Optimize Consumer and Commercial Marketing platforms/initiatives for clients to establish and deepen client relationships
- Leverage iconic sponsorship platforms as appropriate to achieve client and objectives
- Provide leadership to enable the measurement analysis and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results
- Develop and manage marketing contracts
- Develop and manage Value Added Services Revenue forecast for key clients
- Budget management and financial discipline for all campaigns
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence for increased efficiency and effectiveness in the role
Qualifications :
- 6 years of work experience and a Bachelors Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience in Marketing Consulting and strategic partnership development; payments experience preferred
- Strong business & financial acumen critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management planning teamwork relationship-building skills and experience in leading through influence
- Experience in managing creative experiential media and social/digital agency partners
- Ability to generate and manage work-back timelines and navigate risks/obstacles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft products including Excel Word and Outlook and AI
- Advanced-level PowerPoint required
